Sessions

Five sessions take place in July, August and September. The duration of each session is 12 days.

Session One:	1st.Monday of July till Friday (12 days).
Session Two:	3rd.Monday of July till Friday (12 days).
Session Three:	1st.Monday of August till Friday (12 days).
Session Four:	3rd.Monday of August till Friday (12 days).
Session Five:	3rd.Monday of August till Friday (12 days).

2008 Dates Sessions

Session One:	Monday July 7th till Friday July 18th.
Session Two:	Monday July 21st till Friday August 1st.
Session Three:	Monday August 4th till Friday August 15th.
Session Four:	Monday August 18th till Friday August 29th.

Registration

Registration starts as 1st. of February.
Parents and/or the legal guardian must fill the Admission Form and send it to La Réserve by letter, fax, e.mail or upon a visit to La Réserve's offices in Beirut.
The person who signs the Admission Form certifies its legal power to represent the participant and formally admits he/she has read the General conditions and totally agrees with their terms.

Price

$ 850 (VAT NOT included) per participant per session.
A discount of 5% is granted to brothers and sisters.
This price is subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

- 30% upon confirmation
- 70% one week before the start of each session

Reimbursement

La Réserve will not proceed for any reimbursement in case of late arrivals and/or early departures, whatever the reasons are.

The prepayment (30%) will not be reimbursed in case:
- registration is cancelled less than one month before the start of the chosen session;
- any session is cancelled due to unpredictable events.

Undertaking

Participants are picked-up in Beirut on day one of every session and returned to Beirut on day twelve.

Insurance

Participants are insured, during their stay at La Réserve, against accidents and poisoning with a prime national insurance company, BANKERS ASSURANCE S.A.L.

Medical Discharge

La Réserve is duly allowed, at all times, to take the necessary measures to safeguard the health and the well-being of the participant.
This authorization gives La Réserve the right to take all necessary measures to ensure the adequate medical treatment of the participant at the expenses of the parents or the legal guardian.

Parents' Responsibility

Parents or the legal guardians are financially responsible for:
* all damages, voluntarily or unvolontarily caused to the installations, equipment or other;
* any harm or injury, voluntarily or unvolontarily, caused to other participants;
* fees for transport or repatriation of the participant because of sickness, accident, bad conduct or any other reason decided by La Réserve.
* money-pocket or any personal expenses incurred by the participant.

Participants' Behavior

La Réserve reserves to itself the right to dismiss any participant who shows a behavior that is incompatible with the camp’s rules and regulations.

Advertisement Material

La Réserve reserve to itself the right to use any photography or work done by the participants for future publicity.

Suggested Wardrobe

The full name must be sown to each item of clothing. Every participant must keep a complete inventory of his wardrobe. La Réserve declines all responsibility for the loss of any item not marked with the full name and/or indicated in the inventory.

Cash money and valuables can be deposited in a special vault, available with the head supervisor.
